Professionalism is conveyed not only through our manner of speaking and body language, but also through our level of focus and attitude. Therefore, we embrace a strict "Code of Ethics".

Punctuality

All employees are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of his/her individual shift.

Image Enhancement

First impressions are everything! Appearance is vital in reflecting our level of professionalism and self confidence. Since we are in the beauty industry, we must remember that what we look like directly affects our clients’ perception of the work we do.

All employees of our salons are required to dress uniformly.  There is a dress code specifically designed for each salon.  Do you see yourself in this type of dress code...

  • Skirts are not to be shorter than any  smocks, vests or aprons.

  • Athletic shoes/Work boots are NOT acceptable.

  • Make-up must be on at all times.

  • Hair must be fashionably styled at all times.

  • All shirts must have sleeves.

  • Socks/Stockings must always be worn.

  • No skin is ever to be exposed at the waist.

  • T-shirts, Jeans, and Shorts are unacceptable.

  • All garments must be unstained/unwrinkled.
